I search into cyberspace to get what I needed. I found this beautiful coffee set from China, they say, from the '30s, they say, Mahumon brand. I was lucky enough to buy it, I fell in love with it inmediately. Notice the detail of the coffepot, which flower has a fall special shape like lying down, resting.
The other coffe set was my grandmother's, I believed she brought it from Italy or if not , was the first one she bought when she arrived. And this is something I wanted also to have, because as a child I have the memory of wishing to play with these little cups, which I could never do of course.

- And they say brazilians don't know much about football

Boca Pernanbuco.

Increible!

I know this post has nothing to do with the content of my blog, but I just saw something similar on TV, look for it in Google and found this.
Do not want to argue with my Brazilian friends, but really caught my attention.

Who would say??

For those who do not even know how many players from each team play on the court (they don't know a damn thing about soccer), Brazil and Argentina are eternal rivals in this matter!

I will tell you a little what was going on in this YouTube video, there is a town in Pernanbuco (Brasil) called Buenos Aires (like our Buenos Aires in Argentina). The point is that there are several men that despite of being brazilians are fans of Argentina! See how the were celebrating the match against Nigeria!

Pride aside, in my house we are all fans of Boca Juniors! What was the name of the child? Riquelme! (An argentinean who plays in Boca) and what was the name of the town team? Boca Pernambuco.

Incredible!

Domingo en la feria - Sunday at the fair

On the station platform at Barrancas station from the Tren de la Costa, in Acassuso, is the antique fair. We can find a little of everything. Particularly trapped my attention, among many other things, little child's shoes of the 60s, new, that could well be used for a special occasion and a chandelier made of teapots and cups. It is open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10 to 19 hours. To enjoy it better, go during the morning. I say no more, here you have the pictures! Enjoy.

Once again, our friend Marcela from Colorín Colorado, invites us to a party. This time the topic is which season of the year inspire you most. And this is a very difficult answer.
To me every season inspire me, but definitly and after a deeply thought, I must say I prefer spring. It is not too cold, not too hot and is colour everywhere. And as the plants start to grow, it also grows imagination.

Here is a picture of this patern I am doing now, they are called African flowers. More coming soon. It is always a joy to me to knitt flowers; do you think spring will be here faster?
